Audio Guides

It is strongly recommended that your students take advantage of the personal audio guide tours that are provided for use within the Holocaust Exhibition. The Exhibition may be overwhelming for young people not given this degree of support.

Tours help to structure the visit, focusing upon key artefacts, photographs and personal stories in the exhibition and explaining sensitive ideas and concepts. Five separate audio tours have been developed for:

  • Year 9 students
  • GCSE and AS/A2 students
  • Students with visual impairment
  • Adults with visual impairment
  • Students with moderate learning difficulties

A sixth tour, for sixth form students who have studied the history of the Holocaust in some depth, will be introduced soon.

Please request the use of the audio tours when you make your telephone booking.

Audio guides: £2.00 per person. Schools will be invoiced after the visit.
