The Imperial War Museum's Student Film Festival - Now open to Amateur Filmmakers!
Keen to provide a showcase for the many excellent DVDs and videos regularly produced by amateur filmmakers obtaining archive film from the Museum's collection, the Eighth IWM Student Film Festival will also be open to shorts produced by amateurs.

The Awards Ceremony for the Eighth Imperial War Museum Student Film Festival and Competition, Tuesday 3rd February 2009, from 6.30pm. Those wishing to apply for free tickets, should send their details to Teresa Silk at tsilk@iwm.org.uk.

At 12noon on Friday 29 August, the programme of films in the season Willing Hands: Volunteering in the Aftermath of Conflict, will be introduced by Nicola Wales from the VSO.
