Scrambled eggs never let you down

Fleming had scrambled eggs, his favourite dish, every day for breakfast– a habit he shared with Bond. This recipe is Fleming’s preferred method of preparation, although is supposedly attributed to James Bond’s housekeeper May Maxwell. Fleming, unlike Bond, was no gourmet, although when in Jamaica he did like to eat local dishes.
